Coaching Invitation #3

Hello Hello!

Thanks in advance for watching!

I’m looking for 4 more clients to come along with me on my 25-week certification program/journey! We’d meet twice a month on Zoom/Facetime/Phone for 30 minutes and during these calls, we’ll simply have a powerful conversation that will move you closer and closer to where you want to go and WHO/HOW you want to be.

The “being” part is the focus. We both know you’ll put in the work to achieve your goals… but HOW do you want to get there and HOW do you want to BE?

If you’re interested in learning more about Coaching and how Coaching can serve you and support you in your growth and development this year, DM me and let’s schedule a 30 minute Sample Session.

Thanks again y’all!

The Power in HOW

*originally posted on 9/5/2018

Dear Leaders,

HOW are we getting it done?

Our WHY is our fuel to keep going. Our team can also feed off our WHY. Our WHY is extremely powerful for so many reasons… but our HOWs are just as important.

HOW are we realizing our WHY? HOW are we bringing our WHY to life?

Whenever we are stressed, it’s not because of the results or the outcome. We’re leaders! We aren’t concerned about the outcome as much as we are about the process and the lessons learned. Success and failure are irrelevant. As leaders, our fulfillment, our happiness, and our joy aren’t attached to the outcome.

If that’s true, then why do we still get stressed?

The answer to that question lies in our values. Whether we honor or betray our values will determine if we are stressed or fulfilled at any point of the process.

If our values were honored at every step, then the outcome cannot and will not stress us out. We are leaders, we can live with the outcome, BUT we cannot live with ourselves if we betrayed our values along the way… hence the stress.

Never sacrifice your values for the numbers. Choose to honor your values every step along the way.

We’ll get there. We’ll get it done. We’ve done it before and we’ll do it again. But this time, we’re letting our values lead the way.

A Leader’s View of Love & Forgiveness

*originally posted on 8/22/2018

Dear Leaders,

We are leaders because we see our position as an opportunity to share MORE LOVE & MORE FORGIVENESS. Our position within an organization is the platform and the opportunity we’ve always prayed for because it’s a position that will allow us to (first and foremost) bring LOVE & FORGIVENESS to scale.

For managers, the numbers come first.

For leaders, the team comes first. And LOVE & FORGIVENESS are two of the most important ingredients in any team worth assembling.
